Service Description
Do you struggle with setting boundaries? Do you worry about others more than you may worry about yourself? Do you feel as if you lose your own identity in relationships? Have you ever been called codependent? If yes, and you would like tools to see a change in your life, then this workshop is for you! This 3-hour workshop is designed to help you understand what your boundaries currently are, the types of boundaries you can have, and education on how to set new boundaries moving forward. With your mental health in mind, this workshop is a great way to get tools for any season in your life.
